Information used for trip requests
The enquiry form collects your name, contact number, optional email, preferred trip and date, guest count and any message you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and arrange the service you ask about.
Where requests go
Requests are saved in the website’s WordPress database and may be sent to the business notification email and to the email you provide. Administrators can access and export requests. Please avoid including identity documents or sensitive health information in the message field.
WhatsApp and payments
Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, where its own terms and privacy practices apply. Online purchases, if enabled, are handled by WooCommerce and the configured payment provider. This plugin does not collect card numbers in its enquiry form.
Contact about your information
Use our published contact details to ask about your enquiry or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Operator note: Add your legal business identity, privacy contact email, retention period, hosting and payment providers, and any analytics or cookie practices before launch. Requests remain stored until an administrator removes them.
