Does an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. An enquiry asks our team to check the arrangements. You will need a written confirmation stating the trip, date, time, price and boarding instructions. For online purchases, refer to the WooCommerce order and payment status.
Is the price per person or per boat?
Check the selected package. Shared trips are priced per guest; private boat prices cover the boat up to its stated capacity. Do not exceed the passenger limit.
Will we land at Butterfly Beach?
Ask about the exact package. A sightseeing route does not automatically include a beach landing. Landings depend on local conditions and the arrangements confirmed for your trip.
Are dolphin sightings guaranteed?
No. Dolphins are wild animals. If viewing forms part of your route, a sighting is possible but cannot be promised. Do not feed or disturb wildlife.
Can children travel?
Tell us the age of each child before booking. Confirm the suitability of the trip, applicable fare and availability of appropriately sized life jackets with our team.
What should I bring?
Bring drinking water, sun protection and suitable footwear. Keep phones and valuables protected from water. Follow the crew’s boarding and life jacket instructions.
Can I request a sunset departure?
Yes, subject to an available operated trip. The exact departure time is confirmed for your date and conditions. A specific sky colour or sunset view cannot be guaranteed.
Where do we meet?
Use the map pin and landmark in your confirmation. Our Colomb business address should not be treated as the boarding point unless we explicitly confirm this.
What happens in unsuitable weather?
Contact us before travelling. Departures may need to change or be cancelled. Refer to the written rescheduling and cancellation terms supplied before payment.
Is hotel pickup included?
Only if your package or written quotation specifically includes it. Otherwise, arrange your own travel to the confirmed meeting point.
